Hot Stone Massage: Integrates the use of hot basalt stones. The heat helps to relax muscles and expands blood vessels, allowing the blood to flow more easily. This also makes it a useful tool as preparation for Deep Tissue Massage.
Thai Massage: Involves deep palm and thumb pressure along sen (energy) lines and gentle yoga stretches to increase range of motion, circulation, etc. The massage is performed with the client dressed comfortably, resting either on a floor mat or on the massage table.
Reiki: Healing energy work. Deeply relaxing for mind and body.
Lymphatic Drainage: Helps the circulation of body fluids, stimulates the immune system, promotes a state of deep relaxation and balance within the autonomic nervous system. The touch is gentle, which aids relaxation.
